Boot Referal Form

The Harry Wood Trust provides donated football boots to children who may not otherwise be able to access them. If you know a young player who would benefit from support, you can submit a referral below.

 

Boots are distributed through trusted adults such as parents, teachers, coaches and safeguarding leads to ensure children receive support respectfully and safely.

Availability

The Harry Wood Trust relies on donated equipment. While we aim to support as many young players as possible, referrals do not guarantee boots will always be available in the required size.
